One of the things that I really wanted to try this year was
DIY Ornaments!
I have tried some in the past, but I am afraid to say they were an epic failure. Sigh.
That was way back before Pinterest.
(Yes, there was a life before Pinterest. Just not a very creative one. Ha!)

These will for sure be used for Christmas gifts.
In The Making:
Supplies - clear plastic ornaments, small pom poms, black and orange paint pens, and fake snow flakes
1. Fill the ornament 3/4 full with the snow flakes. Using a notecard as a funnel helped get them into the ornament without a huge mess.
2. Paint the face on to the ornament with paint pens.
3. Use a hot glue gun to attach the pom poms onto the side of the ornament.
4. Hang on the tree and enjoy!
